هذه الصفحة تشرح بلغة بسيطة ما نجمعه من بيانات في نظام الشركة، ولماذا، ومن يطّلع عليه، وكم نحتفظ به.

باختصار

  • هذا نظام داخلي لموظفي الشركة، ونستخدم البيانات فيه لتشغيل عمل الشركة فقط.
  • لا إعلانات، ولا بيع للبيانات، ولا كوكيز للتتبّع.
  • كل موظف يرى البيانات حسب صلاحيات حسابه.
  • الموقع الجغرافي المباشر من الجوال يظهر للمدير آخر 24 ساعة فقط، ويُحذف إذا لم يتحدّث 7 أيام. وسيارات الشركة المزوّدة بجهاز تتبّع يظهر موقعها ومسارها للمدير المسؤول.

1من نحن

هذا الموقع هو النظام الداخلي لـشركة مصنع الجسر (AL Jaser Factory Co.) في مملكة البحرين. يستخدمه موظفو الشركة — المشندايزر والسيلزمان والسائقون وموظفو المكتب والمدراء — بعد تسجيل الدخول.

الصفحات المفتوحة بدون دخول هي فقط: صفحة الدخول، واستعادة كلمة المرور، وصفحة توقيع المستندات للعملاء (FlowSign)، وهذه الصفحة.

الشركة هي المسؤولة عن البيانات المحفوظة في النظام. وفي مملكة البحرين ينظّم التعامل مع البيانات الشخصية قانونُ حماية البيانات الشخصية (القانون رقم 30 لسنة 2018).

2البيانات التي نجمعها ولماذا

حساب الموظف

  • الاسم، واسم المستخدم، والبريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الجوال (إن سُجّل).
  • الوظيفة والصلاحيات، والصورة الشخصية (اختيارية).
  • كلمة المرور لا تُحفظ كما هي، بل تُحفظ «بصمة» منها باتجاه واحد لا يمكن إرجاعها إلى كلمة المرور.

الغرض: تسجيل الدخول، وتحديد ما يراه كل موظف، وإرسال رابط استعادة كلمة المرور.

العمل الميداني (المشندايزر والسيلزمان)

  • بداية يوم العمل ونهايته، وملاحظة نهاية اليوم.
  • الزيارات: المحل، ووقت الدخول والخروج، وصور الزيارة (قبل وبعد)، والمنتجات الناقصة، وتواريخ الإنتاج والانتهاء على الرف، وطلبات البضاعة.
  • موقعك (GPS) لحظة بدء الزيارة إذا كان للمحل موقع مسجّل، للتأكد من وجودك عند المحل.
  • النظام يضع تنبيهات تلقائية على الزيارة إذا بدت غير طبيعية (مثل البعد عن المحل، أو عدم وجود موقع، أو تأخّر الإرسال، أو اختلاف وقت الجوال، أو صورة لم تُرفع من التطبيق) ليراجعها المدير.

الغرض: متابعة الزيارات ونواقص المحلات وطلباتها.

الموقع المباشر أثناء العمل

  • بعد دخول التطبيق الميداني يرسل جوال المندوب موقعه تقريباً كل 30 ثانية (وكل 15 ثانية عند التحرّك)، ويظهر على خريطة المدير المسؤول عن فريقه والمدير العام. من لا يقوم بزيارات ميدانية لا يُرسل موقعه.
  • يظهر الموقع فقط إذا تحدّث خلال آخر 24 ساعة. نحفظ آخر موقع مع آخر 20 نقطة فقط، والموقع الذي لم يتحدّث منذ 7 أيام يُحذف.
  • يستمر الإرسال ما دامت صفحة النظام مفتوحة (حتى لو رجعت لقائمة الأنظمة)، ويتوقف عند إغلاق الصفحة أو تسجيل الخروج، ويبقى ضوء الشاشة مضاءً خلال ذلك حتى لا يتوقف الإرسال. المتصفح يطلب إذنك أولاً؛ وإذا رفضت لن يظهر موقعك على الخريطة، لكن بدء زيارة محل له موقع مسجّل يحتاج إلى الموقع.
  • موقع المندوبين المباشر لا يدخل في النسخة الاحتياطية اليومية التي تُرسل بالبريد، لكنه يدخل في النسخة الكاملة التي ينزّلها المدير العام يدوياً من لوحة النظام.
  • إذا كانت سيارة الشركة التي تستخدمها مربوطة بجهاز تتبّع، يظهر موقع السيارة على خريطة المدير المسؤول باسمك، ويستطيع المدير عرض مسارها خلال اليوم والتحقق من مرورها عند المحل وقت الزيارة. هذا الموقع يأتي من جهاز السيارة وليس من جوالك، فلا يرتبط بفتح التطبيق، ويحتفظ مزوّد التتبّع بسجل المسارات.

الغرض: تنظيم العمل الميداني ومعرفة أماكن الفريق أثناء الدوام.

التوصيل

  • العملاء والفواتير وطريقة الدفع وملاحظات التوصيل، وحالة كل طلب وسبب الإرجاع إن وُجد.
  • صورة إثبات التسليم وموقع (GPS) التسليم، وموقع العميل لتسهيل التوصيلات القادمة.
  • موقع السائق المباشر وسرعة الحركة: يُرسل فقط أثناء فتح شاشة «توصيلاتي» لليوم الحالي، بين 6 صباحاً و11:55 مساءً، ويظهر لمنسّقي التوصيل والمدير العام. مواقع الأيام السابقة تُحذف.
  • مواقع مركبات الشركة من مزوّد تتبّع المركبات، إن كان مستخدماً.

الغرض: تنظيم التوصيل وإثبات تسليم الطلبات.

شكاوى العملاء

  • اسم العميل ووسيلة التواصل ورقم الفاتورة والمنتج وتفاصيل الشكوى، والصور أو الملفات المرفقة، وطريقة الحل، والسائق والسيلزمان المعنيّان.

الغرض: متابعة كل شكوى حتى تُحل.

شؤون الموظفين: الإجازات والأوفر تايم والتقييمات

  • سجلات الإجازات والاستئذان (النوع والتواريخ والسبب) مع صورة الورقة.
  • سبب الإجازة المرضية والطارئة وأوراقها (مثل التقارير الطبية) تظهر فقط لمدير الإجازات والمدير العام ومن أدخل السجل.
  • ساعات الأوفر تايم اليومية لكل موظف وسببها.
  • تقييمات موظفي المعرض: درجات شهرية وملاحظة من المقيِّم، تظهر لمن لديه صلاحية التقييمات.

الغرض: شؤون الموظفين والرواتب.

المهام والرسائل الداخلية

  • المهام: العنوان والملاحظة وموعد الاستحقاق والأولوية والمرفقات ومن تُشارَك معه. وإذا اشتركت برابط التقويم الخاص بك في تطبيق تقويم، يقرأ ذلك التطبيق مهامك عبر الرابط.
  • الرسائل بين الموظفين مع الصور والملفات المرسلة فيها. داخل النظام تظهر المحادثة لأعضائها فقط، وهي جزء من بيانات الشركة وتدخل في النسخ الاحتياطية.

الغرض: تنظيم العمل والتواصل الداخلي.

بيانات العملاء وأعمال الشركة

  • دفتر العملاء (المحلات وفروعها وجهات الاتصال وأرقامهم)، وتقارير المبيعات والتارجت والجرد والإنتاج والتصدير. هذه بيانات عمل، وقد تتضمّن اسم الموظف الذي أدخلها.
  • كثير من السجلات تحفظ سجل تعديلات: من غيّر ماذا ومتى.

الغرض: تشغيل أعمال الشركة اليومية ومتابعتها.

الدخول والأمان

  • سجل العمليات الحساسة: دخول حسابات الأدمن، والإيقاف المؤقت بعد محاولات دخول خاطئة كثيرة، وتغيير كلمة المرور أو إعادة تعيينها، وعمليات الحذف، وتغيير الإعدادات — مع اسم المستخدم والوقت وعنوان IP.
  • عدّاد مؤقت لمحاولات الدخول الخاطئة لحماية الحسابات.
  • آخر نشاط لكل موظف: يوم آخر استخدام، وقائمة بآخر 60 يوماً استُخدم فيها النظام، بدون عنوان IP أو نوع الجهاز.

الغرض: حماية الحسابات، ومعرفة ما حدث عند أي مشكلة.

إشعارات الجهاز

  • إذا فعّلت الإشعارات من الجرس، نحفظ عنوان اشتراك جهازك ونوع المتصفح لإرسال التنبيهات (رسالة جديدة، شكوى، طلب توصيل، مهمة).

الغرض: إيصال التنبيهات إلى جهازك حتى لو كانت صفحة النظام مغلقة.

توقيع المستندات FlowSign (للعملاء)

  • عند توقيع مستند عبر الرابط نحفظ: الاسم الذي تكتبه، وصورة التوقيع (أو النسخة الموقّعة التي ترفعها)، ووقت التوقيع وعنوان IP.
  • عناوين البريد الإلكتروني التي نرسل إليها المستندات.

الغرض: إثبات التوقيع وإرسال المستندات.

3من يطّلع على البيانات

  • كل موظف يرى البيانات حسب صلاحيات حسابه، والسيرفر يتحقق من الصلاحية مع كل طلب بيانات، وليس فقط بإخفاء الأزرار.
  • اسمك وصورتك الشخصية ووظيفتك تظهر لزملائك في النظام (مثلاً في الرسائل).
  • المندوب والسائق يريان عملهما، مع ما يخص محلاتهما أو طلباتهما.
  • المدير يرى عمل الفريق الذي لديه صلاحية عليه.
  • المدير العام (الإدارة العليا للشركة) يطّلع على بيانات كل الأنظمة، أما الرسائل الداخلية فتظهر داخل النظام لأعضاء المحادثة فقط.
  • لا نبيع البيانات، ولا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نشارك البيانات لأغراض تسويقية. الجهات التقنية التي تساعد في تشغيل النظام مذكورة في القسم التالي.

4أين تُعالَج البيانات

يعمل النظام بمساعدة هذه الجهات التقنية:

  • شركة استضافة المواقع: السيرفر الذي يعمل عليه النظام، وتُحفظ فيه قاعدة البيانات والملفات.
  • Cloudflare: تحمي الموقع من الهجمات وتؤمّن الاتصال، وتمر عبرها كل الزيارات.
  • خادم البريد الإلكتروني للشركة: يرسل التقارير وروابط استعادة كلمة المرور والنسخة الاحتياطية اليومية ومستندات FlowSign. الرسائل الآلية (التقارير والتنبيهات والنسخة الاحتياطية) لا تُرسل إلا لعناوين على نطاق الشركة، أو لبريد حساب موظف مفعّل، أو لعناوين اعتمدها المدير العام.
  • مزوّد تتبّع المركبات (إن استُخدم): نقرأ منه مواقع سيارات الشركة ومساراتها (مربوطة باسم الموظف الذي يستخدم السيارة) لعرضها على الخريطة.
  • خدمات إشعارات المتصفح (مثل Google أو Apple أو Mozilla أو Microsoft حسب جهازك): توصل التنبيهات إلى جهازك، ومحتواها يُرسل مشفّراً.
  • مكتبات عامة على الإنترنت: الخطوط (Google Fonts)، ومكتبات الخرائط والرسوم البيانية (unpkg وjsDelivr)، وصور الخرائط (OpenStreetMap). متصفحك يحمّلها مباشرة، فترى هذه الجهات عنوان IP جهازك كما يحدث مع أي موقع.

بعض هذه الجهات قد تكون خوادمها خارج مملكة البحرين.

5الكوكيز والتخزين في المتصفح

  • النظام لا يستخدم كوكيز للتتبّع أو الإعلانات، ولا نستخدم أدوات لتحليل الزوار أو تتبّعهم.
  • شركة الاستضافة وCloudflare تضيفان من جهتهما أدوات تقيس سرعة تحميل الصفحات وأداءها، فتصلهما معلومات تقنية مثل عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح ووقت التحميل.
  • عند الدخول يُحفظ «رمز دخول» في متصفحك (وليس كلمة المرور). الرمز ينتهي بعد مدة محددة، ويُمسح عند تسجيل الخروج.
  • تُحفظ في المتصفح أيضاً تفضيلات بسيطة مثل اللغة والمظهر.
  • قد تضع Cloudflare ملف حماية تقنياً ضرورياً لصدّ الهجمات.

6كيف نحمي البيانات

  • اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS) في كل الصفحات.
  • الصلاحيات تُفحص في السيرفر مع كل طلب بيانات.
  • كلمات المرور: 8 أحرف على الأقل، والكلمات الشائعة مرفوضة، وتُحفظ ببصمة باتجاه واحد فقط.
  • حماية الدخول: إيقاف مؤقت عند كثرة المحاولات الخاطئة، وإمكانية تسجيل الخروج من كل الأجهزة الأخرى.
  • الأوراق الخاصة (مرفقات الإجازات والشكاوى والرسائل والمهام) محفوظة خارج المجلد العام للموقع، ولا تُفتح إلا لمن يحق له.
  • صور الزيارات والتسليم والصور الشخصية تُحفظ بأسماء عشوائية طويلة يصعب تخمينها، ومن يملك رابط الصورة يستطيع فتحها.
  • النسخة الاحتياطية اليومية تُرسل إلى بريد الشركة في ملف مقفول بكلمة سر (تشفير AES-256) عند ضبط كلمة السر من لوحة النظام، ولا تشمل روابط استعادة كلمة المرور ولا موقع المندوبين المباشر ولا اشتراكات الإشعارات.
  • المدير العام وحده يستطيع تنزيل نسخة كاملة من لوحة النظام، وتشمل كل البيانات والمرفقات.
  • سجل للعمليات الحساسة يوضّح من فعل ماذا ومتى.

ومع ذلك لا يوجد نظام على الإنترنت آمن بالكامل؛ إذا لاحظت أي شيء غير طبيعي في حسابك فأبلغ الإدارة فوراً.

8حقوقك

  • تستطيع أن تطلب من إدارة الشركة الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيح الخطأ فيها.
  • تستطيع بنفسك: تغيير كلمة المرور، وتغيير صورتك الشخصية أو حذفها، وتسجيل الخروج من الأجهزة الأخرى، وإيقاف إشعارات الجهاز.
  • تستطيع رفض إذن الموقع من إعدادات المتصفح، مع ملاحظة أن بعض المهام الميدانية تحتاج إليه.

This page explains in plain words what data the company system collects, why, who can see it, and how long we keep it.

In short

  • This is an internal system for the company's employees; we use its data only to run the company's work.
  • No advertising, no selling of data, no tracking cookies.
  • Each employee sees data according to their account permissions.
  • Live phone location is shown to managers for the last 24 hours only, and is deleted if it is not updated for 7 days. Company vehicles fitted with a tracker show their location and route to the responsible manager.

1Who we are

This website is the internal system of AL Jaser Factory Co. (شركة مصنع الجسر) in the Kingdom of Bahrain. It is used by the company's employees — merchandisers, salesmen, drivers, office staff and managers — after they sign in.

The only pages open without signing in are: the sign-in page, password recovery, the document-signing page for clients (FlowSign), and this page.

The company is responsible for the data kept in the system. In the Kingdom of Bahrain, the handling of personal data is governed by the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018).

2What we collect and why

Employee account

  • Name, username, email address and mobile number (if recorded).
  • Job role and permissions, and profile photo (optional).
  • Your password is not stored as-is; only a one-way "fingerprint" (hash) of it is kept, which cannot be turned back into the password.

Purpose: signing in, deciding what each employee can see, and sending password-reset links.

Field work (merchandisers and salesmen)

  • Start and end of the working day, and the end-of-day note.
  • Visits: the store, check-in and check-out times, visit photos (before and after), out-of-stock products, production and expiry dates on the shelf, and stock orders.
  • Your location (GPS) at the moment a visit starts, if the store has a saved location, to confirm you are at the store.
  • The system automatically flags a visit for manager review if it looks unusual (for example far from the store, no location, sent late, phone clock mismatch, or a photo not uploaded through the app).

Purpose: following up store visits, shortages and orders.

Live location during work

  • After you enter the field app, the rep's phone sends its location about every 30 seconds (every 15 seconds while moving), and it appears on the map of the manager responsible for that team and of the super admin. People who do not make field visits do not send their location.
  • A location is shown only if it was updated within the last 24 hours. We keep only the latest position plus the last 20 points, and a location not updated for 7 days is deleted.
  • Sending continues while the system page stays open (even if you go back to the systems menu) and stops when you close the page or sign out; meanwhile the screen is kept awake so sending does not pause. Your browser asks for your permission first; if you refuse, you will not appear on the map, but starting a visit at a store with a saved location needs your location.
  • Reps' live location is not included in the daily emailed backup, but it is included in the full backup that the super admin can download manually from System Admin.
  • If the company vehicle you use is linked to a tracking device, the vehicle's location appears under your name on your manager's map. The manager can view its route for the day and check whether it passed the store during a visit. This location comes from the vehicle's device, not your phone, so it does not depend on the app being open, and the tracking provider keeps the route history.

Purpose: organising field work and knowing where the team is during working hours.

Delivery

  • Customers, invoices, payment method, delivery notes, the status of each order and the return reason, if any.
  • Proof-of-delivery photo and the GPS location of the delivery, and the customer's location to make future deliveries easier.
  • Driver live location and speed: sent only while the "My deliveries" screen is open for the current day, between 6:00 am and 11:55 pm; shown to delivery coordinators and the super admin. Locations from previous days are deleted.
  • Company vehicle locations from the vehicle tracking provider, if one is used.

Purpose: organising deliveries and proving that orders were delivered.

Customer complaints

  • Customer name and contact, invoice number, product, complaint details, attached photos or files, how it was resolved, and the driver and salesman involved.

Purpose: following each complaint until it is resolved.

HR: leave, overtime and evaluations

  • Leave and permission records (type, dates, reason) with a scan of the paper form.
  • The reason and documents for sick and emergency leave (such as medical reports) are visible only to the leave manager, the super admin and the person who entered the record.
  • Daily overtime hours for each employee and the reason.
  • Showroom staff evaluations: monthly scores and a comment from the evaluator, visible to those with evaluation permission.

Purpose: HR matters and payroll.

Tasks and internal messages

  • Tasks: title, note, due date, priority, attachments and who they are shared with. If you subscribe to your personal calendar link in a calendar app, that app reads your tasks through the link.
  • Messages between employees, including photos and files sent in them. Inside the system a conversation is visible only to its members; messages are part of company data and are included in backups.

Purpose: organising work and internal communication.

Customer and business records

  • The customer directory (stores, branches, contact persons and their numbers), and sales, targets, inventory, production and export reports. These are business records and may include the name of the employee who entered them.
  • Many records keep a change history: who changed what, and when.

Purpose: running and following up the company's daily business.

Sign-in and security

  • An audit log of sensitive actions: admin sign-ins, temporary lockouts after many wrong sign-in attempts, password changes and resets, deletions and settings changes — with the username, time and IP address.
  • A temporary counter of wrong sign-in attempts, to protect accounts.
  • Last activity per employee: the day of last use and a list of the last 60 days on which the system was used, without IP address or device type.

Purpose: protecting accounts, and knowing what happened if something goes wrong.

Device notifications

  • If you turn on notifications from the bell, we save your device's subscription address and browser type to send alerts (new message, complaint, delivery order, task).

Purpose: delivering alerts to your device even when the site is closed.

FlowSign document signing (clients)

  • When you sign a document through the link we keep: the name you type, the signature image (or the signed copy you upload), and the time and IP address of the signing.
  • The email addresses we send documents to.

Purpose: proof of signature and sending documents.

3Who can see the data

  • Each employee sees data according to their account permissions, and the server checks permissions on every data request — not just by hiding buttons.
  • Your name, profile photo and job role are visible to colleagues in the system (for example in messages).
  • Reps and drivers see their own work, plus what relates to their stores or orders.
  • Managers see the work of the teams they have permission for.
  • The super admin (company top management) can see data across all systems; internal messages are shown inside the system only to conversation members.
  • We do not sell data, show ads, or share data for marketing. The technical providers that help run the system are listed in the next section.

4Where the data is processed

The system runs with help from these technical providers:

  • Web hosting company: the server the system runs on, where the database and files are stored.
  • Cloudflare: protects the site from attacks and secures the connection; all visits pass through it.
  • The company's email server: sends reports, password-reset links, the daily backup and FlowSign documents. Automatic emails (reports, alerts, backup) go only to company-domain addresses, active employees' account emails, or addresses approved by the super admin.
  • Vehicle tracking provider (if used): we read company vehicle locations and routes from it (linked to the employee who uses the vehicle) to show them on the map.
  • Browser push services (such as Google, Apple, Mozilla or Microsoft, depending on your device): deliver notifications to your device; their content is sent encrypted.
  • Public internet libraries: fonts (Google Fonts), map and chart libraries (unpkg and jsDelivr), and map images (OpenStreetMap). Your browser loads them directly, so these providers see your device's IP address, as with any website.

Some of these providers may run their servers outside the Kingdom of Bahrain.

5Cookies and browser storage

  • The system does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and we do not use tools to analyse or track visitors.
  • The hosting company and Cloudflare add their own tools that measure how fast pages load and perform, so they receive technical details such as your IP address, browser type and load times.
  • When you sign in, a "sign-in token" (not your password) is kept in your browser. It expires after a set time and is removed when you sign out.
  • Simple preferences such as language and appearance are also kept in your browser.
  • Cloudflare may set a necessary technical security cookie to block attacks.

6How we protect data

  • Encrypted connection (HTTPS) on all pages.
  • Permissions are checked on the server on every data request.
  • Passwords: at least 8 characters, common passwords refused, stored only as a one-way hash.
  • Sign-in protection: a temporary block after too many wrong attempts, and the option to sign out of all other devices.
  • Private documents (leave, complaint, message and task attachments) are stored outside the website's public folder and open only for people entitled to them.
  • Visit photos, delivery photos and profile photos are saved under long random names that are hard to guess; anyone who has a photo's link can open it.
  • The daily backup is emailed to the company in a password-locked file (AES-256 encryption) when a backup password is set in System Admin; it excludes password-reset links, reps' live location and notification subscriptions.
  • Only the super admin can download a full backup from System Admin; it includes all data and attachments.
  • An audit log of sensitive actions shows who did what, and when.

No system on the internet is completely secure; if you notice anything unusual in your account, tell management straight away.

8Your rights

  • You can ask company management to see your data or to correct mistakes in it.
  • You can yourself: change your password, change or delete your profile photo, sign out of other devices, and turn off device notifications.
  • You can refuse location permission in your browser settings, noting that some field tasks need it.
